This was the first time I've been to Einstein's in years (I'm not a bagel person) but my supervisor suggested we come here for lunch after a conference. Upon entry, I saw they now serve lunch sandwiches and I was excited to try one. I walked up to the register and the gentleman taking my order was having some issues with the register, I'm normally quite understanding of this since I've worked with registers before. I ordered my veggie sandwich on a plain bagel with no onions. During the transaction, I noticed there was an extra charge for something I didn't order so I brought it to his attention. He then let me know he'd take it off. Once that was done he asked for my name and gave me my total. The extra charge was still in the total so I let him know again. At this point I was a little annoyed but I let it slide and he took off the charge. While waiting for my sandwich, I noticed other customers were having issues with their orders and everything looked a mess. I sat down and they called my name for my sandwich. I went up to grab it and noticed that they had used a bread with seeds instead of plain. Then when I bit into my sandwich, there were onions in it. This place was not busy and they were still having a hard time taking orders and paying attention to customers. I will not come here again and it's not a place I frequent anyways. I'm disappointed I couldn't have had a better experience but I'll stick to bagel places with better reviews.
