"Slurp it up all up" is what you'll find printed at the bottom of the menu, along with a note that the broth takes 20 hours to make! I've ordered take-out for my family, and while it was a bit expensive, it sure was tasty and authentic. They can make gluten free dishes, give lots of information on ingredients, change spice levels etc.. A friend of mine is a wonderful cook, and she says this is a good spot too.
