I came here for a ballet recital and last night for the Jessica Holmes Comedy Show.
This is right on Yonge street, and there are tons of parking spots available in the back. The performing arts had a nice theatrical entrance with bulbed lights for the entrance of the centre.
When we walked in, we were greeted by wonderful staff that had an usher-like uniform. The Centre itself, isn't huge, but it has a beautiful glass exterior. The box office is found when you walk in from the parking entrance. I do wish that the lines for the box office is more clearly indicated. I recalled trying to purchase my tickets yesterday, and the person waiting in line was standing immediately behind me, which made me a little uncomfortable. Thankfully, one of the staff came out and helped sort this problem.
The seats inside the theatre are very comfortable and it has great air conditioning in the summertime. All of the equipment are well functioning and there are many staff who help people find their seats in the theatre.
