SERVICE DEPARTMENT:Went in because the light near the snifter was gone for the second time. Was told that it is part of wear and tear, so wouldn't be covered under the warranty (a bit over a year). I was then told it is around $200 to fix it.
Went home researched it a bit. Bought 10 light bulbs for $3.99 and replaced the it under 6 minutes. It is literary 3 steps: take off a knob, take dash, put a new light bulb in).
To add an to insult, when I opened it up the OLD LIGHT BULB wasn't there. Which means they already had it open to diagnose the problem and wanted $200 to screw in a bulb.
Great way to nickel and dime customers who bought a 50k truck.
