  • My main complaint with this company is that they were sent to the wrong location and after giving them new directions over the phone, they arrived an hour and a half late. Once I parked the truck I started my stopwatch and after 45 minutes of actual work they informed me they need to leave in 20 minutes because the two hours they were booked for was almost up. I convinced them to stay for an extra 30 minutes and was charged 2.5 hours for 1.5 hours worth of true work. I used another company in Wilmington to unpack what these guys packed. They were more professional and took 1.5 hours to set up everything in the new unit, unpack the truck, and organized everything within the new unit. The movers were friendly and good labors, but weren't professional movers and struggled to effectively pack the truck.
