I was here playing blackjack on 12/9/2015. I had a very nice time. The dealers, pit bosses and waitresses were great. After playing for a couple of hours, I went upstairs to the Giada restaurant and had a great meal. It was expensive, but worth it as the food and service were top notch. I even complimented the dining room manager on his staff - something I never do normally!
Since the dining room fills up fast, I suggest you eat at the bar. This is better than you might think, as they have comfy wing chairs and low tables.
The Cromwell is a new casino and well apointed. It just reeks of class. It really is how Vegas should be, rather than an agglomeration of dust joints and low rent arrogance.
