The sweet girl who signed me up promised a bed upgrade and a free spray tan if I did a month to month contract and bought a bottle of lotion. Weary of my schedule and that I am only going to use it now and then, I inquired about the cancellation policy. Cancel anytime, no 30 days wait time etc. - I repeated and she confirmed. Great...sign me up. THEN I went in and tried to use the free spray tan and the boy working told me that they do not have any promotion like that, it was a different company now, they took over and are not honoring previous agreements. I explained that I had just signed up two weeks prior and the place looked exactly the same. I was then told he could not give me specifics of my account and I needed a manager to quit the membership.
Fast forward 3 months- 5 phone messages, 3 charges (all different amounts) and two in-person visits to try and resolve the issues.
Today I had a less than pleasurable interaction with the manager I called in and got ahold of today - I asked why the free tan and upgraded were not honored to which she with an attitude stated how she was going to go out of her way for me and make a note in the account to honor the original agreement. She was unable to answer questions about the charges to my card. She then decided my issues were not of any importance and set the phone down and started to help someone else. I disconnected the call. She called me back and 10 seconds into call, put the phone down again and started talking to someone else.
I guess it's understandable with the all the extremely difficult questions I was asking like...Can you provide the specific price break down to what you charged on my card?...and... What is the billing cycle date? And why do you charge on all different days of the month and not the same day every month?
I suggest not going anywhere near this place.
