So here's the sitch...I run around town in workout clothes and a backwards baseball cap because I'm cool like that! I don't feel the need to get up everyday, shower and dress myself like I have somewhere important to be but really I'm only going to BB&B! The customers in this store are obnoxious as they walk around with their noses pointed to the ceiling and have no problem bumping into you or shoving their cart into you. Don't bother waiting for an apology because apparently that isn't taught in Summerlin. Girl please, if you were that well off you would be buying your towels at Saks 5th Avenue not BB&B!
Next order of business, this particular BB&B. I had purchased a Keurig, used it for 5 days when it stopped working completely so I boxed it up and took it back. The cashier was happy to help me, looked over my receipt and went ahead to do the return. She paged the manager 5 times; the woman never responded on the radio but finally made her way to the front of the store looking rather annoyed. She took one look at my backwards baseball cap and decided I must be trying to pull one over on her. Before saying anything to me she snatches the Keurig off the counter, demolishes the styrofoam as she's ripping it from the box, throws the box on the ground along with the styrofoam and plastic bag and flips the Keurig over. Apparently she thought some numbers weren't going to match. They did. Then she snapped at the cashier "does she even have a receipt". I was quick to jump in and say "Of course, its right here on the counter." She tells the cashier "You can give her the money" and then walks away. Thank you manager lady for trying to make me feel like a criminal for bringing back a broken Keurig while wearing a backwards baseball cap. I honestly hope I never have to step foot in this store ever again. It's horrific!
