  • I love this location because only Dr. Serbin is the best doctor this is the only reason I come to this location because he always refers me to the best locations. However, I am rating this location a one star because they really need to change their customer service when it comes to answering and taking appointments. I am an English and Spanish speaker and to make appts I find it easier and faster to press 9 for Spanish. I have never had problems until now. Concha is the rudest lady ever today she got me so mad at how she comes to me with an attitude if she is having a bad day make sure she does not take it on your patients. Like seriously she even answers the phone in a bad tone. She believes she has a doctorate degree to be telling me if my daughter needs something or not. So rude omg they need to change this lady. I literally did not want to argue so this is why I am writing my experience. So disappointed
