  • Amazon also issued me two refunds because of this company. I ordered a part for my broken harddrive that I needed ASAP. I paid for same day delivery on Monday morning. The company marked my order as "Out for Delivery". It never came. On Thursday morning I was still waiting, except the order was marked as "delivered" at 5:00pm. It was 10:00am. No one contacted me to tell me where my order was. I called Amazon and they acted like this was out of the ordinary. They presumed it was lost. So I got a refund for that order, and ordered Same Day Delivery on thursday night. It is now Friday night, and no package. I contacted Amazon again and they told me that Dynamex delayed my order again. I have asked for a refund and will not be ordering from Amazon if I can't select the shipping method.
