| - This morning at 8:36AM I sent in my mobile order before leaving the house. Same thing I have been doing Monday - Friday since March 1st. I used to go to the Alma School and Ray location, which is absolutely AMAZING, but in March I changed offices and work in the East Valley now. You would think after 7 months the employees would at least recognize me, the same guy that comes in 5 days a week at around 8:45AM... Today I arrived to pick up my mobile order and only my drink was ready, I had also ordered a caramel apple loaf. After finally getting the barista to acknowledge me standing there attempting to get her attention, I advised her that only half my order was here. She asked for my name, what I was missing and quickly ran to see if they had a copy of my order sitting there to verify I did indeed pay for an apple loaf.. The girl checking orders rudely looks at me and says, "I don't have ANY order for a Matthew, are you sure you even ordered something?" Dumbfounded, since I am clearly holding a brand new drink in my hand, I held my drink up and asked her to explain this then.. Still being rude she wanted me to produce my receipt that was on my phone, which I left in my car since I mobile ordered and shouldn't have needed it. So, I went out to my car to prove to the lady that I did actually order the $3 pastry...absurd. Why would you treat a customer like a liar or a thief over a single pastry for a customer you have most likely seen close to 100 times? Horrible customer service when you act like you are better than all of your customers. Remember that saying, the customer is always right?
