I echo a lot of the negative sentiments here - the administration staff is ATROCIOUS. Rude, brusque, and they even interrupt and hang up on you mid-sentence! I was hung up on from a very rude staff member from the Registration Office when I called in. They didn't even bother to answer my question thoroughly; they gave me generic answers, seemed to get impatient, and then just hung up. Wow. Who trains these employees? Their automated emails are also bunk. For e.g., they'll state that you're supposed to do XYZ, and when you do XYZ, it turns out that you were actually supposed to do ABC all along. Of course, you'll find out too late, since each office will transfer you to other departments several times before you get an answer (if you get one at all). This level of disorganization is especially shocking for a college.
