  • I give this place an extra star because I've had great experience with some staff here. However, every time I come in I feel like I'm being watched and followed. And it makes the experience horrible because I feel like I just need to leave for being uncomfortable. And I don't know names but both times I've had this experience it was an older short lady with dark hair and glasses. Always pretending to "fix" things right next to me and as I go. Just unpleasant as I'm a loyal VIB member and spend $$$ every time I go in. Sucks to concentrate and shop around when you feel like you're being watched!! The store had great options i am pleased but felt like I needed to bring this to attention as it wasn't my first time experiencing this here.
