  • Switched to my first Mercedes a couple months ago. I now get my car serviced here with Josh Singer. My first encounter wasn't great since my brand new car was leaking oil. But That doesn't stop Josh lol. He is super attentive and responds quickly. The service department here actually text you with updates and invoices.. Is that normal? Well anyways definitely caters to millennials! Got it fixed in no time and there was no charge at all. Josh even texted me a couple weeks later to follow up.
