  • Has to be the worst PO anywhere , I actually called all day long today from 8:00 am until 5:30 pm and all I got was a busy signal. I moved from Charlotte to Nevada and I have not gotten 1 piece of mail in 4 weeks. After stops at my PO here they said it was the problem in Charlotte, bills overdue, tax refunds floating out there somewhere, wow. To all Charlottean's drive a bit further and go somewhere else. Sad, sad , sad that you can't get someone fired over this. ! It's part of the government. Update. 4/21/17 Anyone going to station is making a huge mistake , they all claim to be supervisors and they all do not know anything, it's very typical of government workers, DRAIN THE SWAMP !!!! Anyway almost 5 weeks and still no mail and after talking to Stuart and now another supervisor Keith, same mess. No accountability at all--- note to all if your getting your mail from this location and decide to move , you better have a back up plan to get your mail. This place is a hotbed of lies, misinformation, and typical gov't. Here we come with action 9 , maybe they can help me . Updates to follow. !!!!!
