Was in Charlotte for a long weekend and had this place on my target list for a while. The place is a out parcel of a strip shopping center. It has two sides with a counter and another side with booths and tables. The menu is large with a ton of options. The group I was with tried a few breakfast items and a few dinner items.
For breakfast items the challah French toast and pancakes are both light, fluffy and flavorful. Would order both again. The dinner entrees were a club sandwich and baked ziti. The club sandwich was huge and tasty. Baked ziti was ok and garlic bread was surprisingly solid. We also had a side of Mac and cheese which was excellent. A old school style.
Finally we tried a piece of lemon cake and tall chocolate cake. Both were moist, light and very tasty.
Overall a very solid visit and I look forward to return visits.
