  • This company merged with 72 Degrees and Patrick Riley recently. I had them come out to service an issue with my hvac unit, was told not repairable, and needed replacing, it's old, I understand. Received an outrageous quote for a decent unit, then a day later received a slightly lower quote for a horrible unit. Told them I would go with another company. Received a phone call the following day with a $2k less quote for a top of the line unit. Clearly they wanted my business after they realized I didn't take the first two bites. Not how one should run a business. In addition they charged my card twice for the service call and after 7 days it was resolved due to the accountant not being in.
