Don't waste your time here. It's all about dollars rather than truly caring about their patients. Long story short. 13yr old was sent for an ultrasound. Receptionist called to advise that they would like to refer us to a surgeon. I got a second opinion on the results and was advised surgery not necessary. They were insistent. I asked if I could speak to the doctor and they said sure, we can schedule you for another office visit. I asked if they would charge me for the visit, they said yes. I asked why could I not speak to the doctor on the phone and they danced around the question. To this day, still have have not spoke to the doctor. The receptionist has called 4 times but each time I ask to speak to the doctor, I get declined. Big mistake giving this place a go. Our previous doctor would always call and check on my children after they were brought in for any reason just to be sure they were doing ok and to see if I had any questions. It's what a doctor does....but not this one. You have to "pay" to speak to someone that supposedly is a professional in their field. I guess Ginger is too good for little people like us to have the kindness to speak to her patients and ease their worries.
