  • We walked 10 minutes in the rain to get here on our last morning in Madison and it was well worth it! This would indeed be a nice view of State Street had it been a sunny day. It is a charming restaurant with an earthy, relaxing vibe. I loved my banana wheat pancakes and almond mocha and the hubby's French toast was awesome. The scrambled eggs were overdone and quite flavorless. The breakfast potatoes were well seasoned, but again, overdone. Service was fast. Overall, Sunroom Cafe really hit the spot on a dreary morning. With a few tweaks, this place could be awesome.
