  • Wow... Definitely the best meal I have had in Vegas so far! I was in town for a convention and took some clients out for dinner at StripSteak. Everything we ordered was exceptional. We started with the "Instant Bacon" as an appetizer... I had to try it because I was intrigued. While it was tiny, and not quite like your traditional bacon (it is pork belly, more so), it was so freakin good. It was crispy on the outside and sweet, but savory. I had no idea that they also bring out fries with dipping sauces that are amazing as well (the truffle aioli is on point!). I ordered the 18 oz ribeye. So good.. Cooked perfect with butter on top. The highlight of the meal may actually have been the potatoes au gratin though, believe it or not! They are covered in a rich, smokey Gouda cheese sauce. Unbelievable! It was a good sharing size as well. The only downside that I could see was that it was pretty loud in there so you have to basically shout to carry on a decent convo (luckily I was with a fun group :)).
