This place is not for young kids. We took our 1 1/2 and (almost) 3 year old. I went to check on them after 30 min. and my daughter was sitting at the meal counter not receiving any acknowledgement by the staff. I alerted the person at the front desk who asked me if she stood in the line; I responded that she's 2 and doesn't know there's a line to stand in - a helper promptly took her by he hand to the front of the line. I then asked to check on my youngest (in the Tiny Tots room). Looking in the one-way mirror, I saw him crying and keep walking to the door then be guided by the hand back to the center of the room - no redirecting to a toy or picking him up or a hug. He was miserable so I checked them both out. We came back a 2nd day because we had dinner reservations the next night. This time it was a weekday and it was much calmer and quieter but my kids still didn't want to go back. The theory of on-site childcare is a good one (and the reason we chose Red Rock vs. staying on The Strip) but it didn't work out for us. Would have been nice to see even one of the workers crack a smile, it appeared no one there enjoys what they do.
