Location: On Ste. Catherine, in the heart of downtown. The closest subway is Guy-Concordia (green) and street parking is available [metered]. You're better off walking or using transit to get there.
The place: Your average and generic Starbucks-type decor. Nothing to blow you away. It's a decent size but not big by any means. They have free wifi.
The goods: Personally, I hate Starbucks coffee, with the exception of their "specialty" coffees. However, being in line all day waiting to get into the Bell Centre to see my 4 boyfriends (U2), I was in need of a quick pick-me-up. I just had a chocolate cookie that I found too sweet. It was like eating sugar out of a bag, basically. That said, their brownies are bloody good!
Service: OK.
Price point: The cookie was about $3 which is a little steep for a chain that gets all of their sh*t in bulk.
