| - This was not a reflexology - gentle rubbing is not a reflexology, simple! Perhaps the staff, all of Asian descent, Chinese need to learn by taking a trip to Taipei. After one reflexology they might figure it out. Another thing that bothered me, but is typical of many businesses in the US, is this money hungry hand grabbing mouth twisting to ask for a tip. Despicable, cheap, disgusting, ....if a person does not leave a tip, it means they are not pleased or satisfied with what they paid for, and bad enough they paid to begin with, unknowingly, for less than sub par experience that was awaiting them. I am not saying anything about the lack of English speaking skills which one would expect in an English speaking country like the U.S., people who live and work here should be expected to speak English. States should not permit a business license to those who cannot speak English in an English speaking country. In China, they would expect people to speak Chinese.
Trust my disgust and dissatisfaction comes across loud and clear. I will not be back.
