  • Very impressed! When they say free diagnostics, they really mean free. They had my laptop for 3 days, trying to isolate the problem. It could not be fixed and they did not charge me a dime. I actually felt bad that they did all that work for nothing, but they did get a customer who will always bring any problems to them. Very trustworthy.
