  • Went to the Great Clips for the first time the other day. I did not make an appointment. It was early in the morning and only one client waiting ahead of me. I was told it would be roughly a 15 minute wait. Turned out to be a little less. Dyanna cut my hair. She was pleasant and cut my hair as I requested. I had a coupon that I found in one of the circulars. So the cut was a bargain. I tipped Dyanna based on the posted full price. She was appreciative and asked me to return next month which I told her I would. This was easy peasy.
