I finally made it here for lunch! This place has been on my radar for quite sometime now and what a great lunch spot it was :). Every time I have driven past I would always smell burgers and it always was a delightful smell. It's not a very big restaurant, but they do have a bar and extra outdoor seating. When you walk in you will notice the big chalkboard with the weekly specials displayed. On Saturdays and Sundays they serve brunch and offer a Bloody Mary bar.
I knew from the start I was going to order a burger, and pretty quickly decided on the bbq burger which came with a BBQ sauce and applewood smoked bacon. The BBQ sauce is not on the sweet side it's more tangy, but complemented the burger well! The burger itself is made with a blend of sirloin, brisket and short rib. It was so fresh and well prepared! If you are not in the mood for burgers they do have other menu options as well. For my side I ordered the pasta salad and it was just okay, nothing special. My mom ordered the Kentucky bourbon burger and she really enjoyed with. The bourbon sauce was on the sweeter side compared to the BBQ sauce. She went with the home fries as her side! Overall I think this is a pretty solid burger joint and would definitely like to stop in for brunch one day!
