  • Just recently moved into our new home , Hands down to Synergy team ... Sales rep Dennis And Install Tech Joel are the best at what they Do !!! I couldnt be more satisfied with my Moni system, Dennis was very educational about the product and gave me an awesome understanding about their services , compared to ADT they weren't very resourceful and couldn't answer all my questions , Install Tech Joel explained step by step process on how to use the system with no questions asked , Very simple and understanding, All my questions were answered with all the information given... Installation was very fast and easy , I'm very satisfied with the overall customer service because Each person was very polite, very humble , very helpful and got the job done, The 24/hour service reps were very nice and patient. I had replaced my front door lock and I had to get my moni reprogrammed Communication with their team is top notch, Thanks to Dennis and Joel I got my system up and reprogrammed in 30 min over the phone . I recommend this company over ADT or other companies out their ...You'll Get your money worth
