  • Great experience with MAH Air Conditioning. My AC went out. I contacted my Home Warranty Company and they sent Mike from MAH to diagnose the problem. He arrived within just a couple hours of the AC going out and quickly figured out the compressor was shot. As per usual, the home warranty company dropped the ball several times in actually approving the repair and providing the replacement part, but Mike stayed in touch with my the entire time. As it was quite hot in Phoenix, I called Mike several times for an update, and to his credit, he answered the phone personally on every occasion. In this day and age that is exceptional customer service! The part finally came in and he came right over...now I am relaxing in a cool home once again.
