I've been using this cleaners for nearly five years now. Even continued when the business was taken over by new ownership a few years ago. The sole reason I use to frequent this cleaners is because of the amazing customer service provided by a young gentlemen that's been there since I started going to this location. I recently had an issue when a brand new shirt came back with a tear in the collar. The shirt had never been worn and I had paid over $60 for it. Management never took responsibility and after numerous weeks of back and forth I was promised $30 credit towards my next visit. To my surprise when I went to drop off my clothes yesterday I was informed that the owner decided not to give me any sort of compensation whatsoever. It's amazing that his greed has blinded his awareness of the fact that not only have I been a loyal five-year customer and have never complained about anything, my brothers have also been going there for as long as I have. With that said, this greedy man just lost 3 customers that have been supporting his business for over 5 years.
