  • Attentive, responsive, and knowledgeable -- Kyle did a great job helping me buy my first home ever! The market is so crazy at this moment, we had to go through several losing offers before finally winning our bid, but through it all Kyle remained patient and persistent, which was key since I'd never done all this before and had a whole bunch of rookie questions. Kyle had all the answers, and freely shared his knowledge and experience. He's great on a walkthrough at seeing all kinds of potential problems with a home, and understanding about a buyer's dealbreakers. In the end, we got a fantastic home -- maybe the perfect home -- at the right price.
