  • I was quite pleased to discover that a Tropical Sno had recently opened a little closer to my home base. Unlike the location that I typically go to on 40th Street and Bell, this operates out of an actual building - something that I've never seen before. Come to find out, the guy has expanded and this is his second location. It will quickly become a default stop for my girlfriend and I when we want dessert, but are in the mood for something lighter than ice cream. My love of Tropical Sno goes back many, many years - all the way back to the early 90s. And I've found that, due to its simplicity, the quality has always remained consistent. It's good ice for a good price - aided by the flavoring of your choice. You're welcome to try any of their creations, or just experiment with what you think might go well together. Personally, I like anything with coconut, but it's all about personal preference. You're bound to find something that you'll like. Recommended!
