  • THIS IS THE 1ST TIME I HAD REFERENCE YELP FOR HELP/ASSISTANCE and this is what happened; I have not had much luck with Florist in Las Vegas since I moved here in 2004. Now onto Desert Rose Florist (DRF) I didn't' have any communication with Desert Rose Florist since I placed my order thru there web site. I had noted a special request regarding the delivery time and not only was my request (with no verbal communication) noted by DRF but it had exceeded my expectations! The bouquet arrangement was worth every dollar I had spent on it. DRF is not an inexpensive florist but their arrangements in style, quality and freshness of product, by far; hands down been the BEST I have experienced here in Las Vegas. DRF customer service, nouve arrangements and delivery service is why I will use them again. See I owned Don Wan Florist in Chicago Ill, 1979-83. We were very successful back then. But we had to do it w/out social media. lol...
