  • I would give this place 0 stars for management and 5 star for my apartment layout . I absolutely love the layout and it works for me. However living here has been nothing but a disappointment. Management is completely unprofessional. Especial the manager. I have only lived here for 2 months and my ghetto washer and dryer (looks like it's from the 90s) doesn't work. They have been out 5 plus times and the problem has still not been fixed. I have even asked the manager for her managers contact information and has refused to give it to me, as I haven't heard from her in over a week. They do not respond to phone calls or answer emails. Managers response is she has 291 units to manage. Every problem I have had, more than one work order is needed as the problem is never fixed the first time. All I want is to do laundry, but clearly that's too much to ask for. I was also told when I moved in, I would have all updated appliances, well that clearly wasn't the case. And also there are lots of little mice that run around. I guess the down fall from living behind a mountain. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, as you're guarantee to have a maintenance issue and the likelihood they get it fixed is very slim.
