  • I would not recommend this auto shop at all for these reasons: *When responding to a Triple A tow, they persuaded my 83 year old mother to have her car towed to their place instead of where she wanted it towed. *They did not catch that her alternator was bad - their diagnosis was that the 5 month old battery was bad (they never thought to figure out why a 5 month old battery was bad....) *Even if the battery was bad, it was under warranty. Instead of just replacing the battery with the warranty, they charged her $200 to put in a new battery. (and balked when we asked for the "bad" battery back) Now, I will say when my husband went back to complain, they did refund the entire $200 but that is the only reason I did not take further action against them. They are clearly incompetent.
