I've been checking out a couple of different shoes and this store had a bogo sale. I went in and was greeted right away. I asked what area were the shoes I had researched and I was pointed in the right direction.
I found my 1st shoe with ease. Only had one shoe in box. No big deal. Probably in the back.
Went to find 2nd shoe. Not displayed but on the website, the store should have a good bit. After asking 2 sales associates and showing what the website said, they were found in the back. When my size was brought to me, I inspected them to find a couple marks on them. When I showed the associate introduced to me as a manager, he offered shoe cleaner for sale. Why sell me those? Can't someone go get another size???
I drop that issue and go to the register to pay. When I get there, they notice one shoe in the 1st box. Remember that? They tried to get the display which I immediately informed them that wasnt the size I needed. A minute or two passed and I was informed they cant find the other shoe. They offered to order it but I already knew the size and color wasnt available for order. When they realized it, they tried to persuade me to get another color! No sir. I'll take my business elsewhere.
