| - In general, Banfield does a great job ensuring that each of their locations provides the same quality care for your pet. I think Banfield is good for health maintenance and general care, especially with the Wellness Plans. Plus, you save a ton of money. I've been to private practices for my overall healthy dog, and I was charged an arm and a leg each time. If your pet has special needs, then I can understand wanting to be selective about veterinary care.
I went to this location because I was in town for the weekend. I had called the day before asking if there were any appointments available, since my puppy seemed to have an eye problem, and they were happy to either do a drop-off or have me come at 6:00pm. I chose the latter. The appointment was delayed, so they happily credited me for the amount of the visit, so I didn't have to pay for anything, which was nice! (Also, as it turns out, Millie's eyes are fine.)
