  • NO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!! This store is a joke! Very rude employees! First I waited almost 30 minutes on hold just to find out if they have a certain phone in stock. I had to hang up and recall the store just to get an answer. When I recalled, the guy who answered was very rude. I have sprint.com open and I was looking to get my son a prepaid phone and the phone online said that this model is for that purpose but the employee told me that they don't offer that model in prepaid. That's some bs because I'm looking at it right now and it says, PREPAID PHONES!!!!!! So livid right now, I will take my business to AT&T or Verizon, at least they take time for their customers!
