I recently took my 3 and 4 year olds here for the first time. I will start out by saying that they had a great time but I will not be taking them back.
The pricing was very reasonable. I only paid $10 for both of them to play! Great deal!
The play area consists of four inflatables which are right next to each other, a small infant area, and a few picnic tables placed VERY closely together in one small area for parents to sit at. We arrived about 15 minutes after opening and the tables were already too full for me to find a place to sit. There is no place to put a diaper bag or purse where you can see it. I ended up putting mine under a strangers table and tried to keep an eye on it while playing with the kids. There are cubbies in the front room for shoes but you cannot see them from the play area so I didn't feel safe leaving my personal items there. I would advise leaving them in the car.
I came on a Thursday and the attendant did say it was always a busy day but it was utter chaos in there!!! There were 30-40 kids running around like wild animals. Its summer so there were older kids there with absolutely no regard for the smaller ones and apparently no parental supervision. Normally in a place like this they have attendants that keep things under control (make sure kids are going down slides, not up, keep kids from climbing in areas they are not supposed to, encourage kids to take turns instead of trampling each other, ect.) This is not the case here. I only saw one person working there and he was behind the counter taking money. He only came into the play area twice to get kids off the top of two different inflatables that were collapsing because kids were climbing up onto the tops of the structures as their parents sat nearby and did nothing.
It was an absolute jungle in there, true to its name. I was afraid to walk away from my kids which is normally not the case at most play places. I even made them get out of one they were playing in when the wild pack of lost boys entered and began wrestling and throwing each other around.
The concept is great. The facility is decent, or would be if they designed in more room for parents to sit (which they could do by utilizing space on an upper level). But an attendant in the play room is definitely necessary, ages limits should maybe be lowered, and they should consider not letting in so many children at once.
