  • I dread finding new dentists and, more importantly, hygienists. Here, the dentist or office manager know how to hire good people. The scheduler was friendly and answered my questions with an upbeat attitude. They're open Monday-Thursday, 7- 4 M/W, and 7-2:30 T/TH. The dental assistant was great and warmed up once I told her I was nervous. She was very professional and proficient and talked me through one of the quickest x-ray experiences I've ever had. She stuck around and assisted with the exam when the dentist came in, which helped me relax a bit, and she also explained an option for my treatment plan - they seem to work well as a team. The dentist, Dr. Choules, is what you'd expect from a good family dentist - friendly, professional, easy going. Not intense at all and made everything seem like it was going to be okay. I feared that he'd find something wrong with my teeth and I'd have to have a full mouth transplant, but as it turned out I don't need any work done. He recommended a minor tweak to my hygiene routine, but didn't try to sell me anything. The hygienists (I've seen two here) are friendly and thorough. They seem to really care about my comfort and experience. I highly recommend this office.
