  • Oh hellllllll naw. I too received this ridiculous email regarding "mandatory tipping" today and I am livid. Excuse me?? Then what the hell did my annual membership price pay for? It is not my responsibility to pay YOUR employees, it is yours, Vegas Hot! Those instructors deserve to be paid for their time but it shouldn't fall on me because you decided to pocket my money. This place is ALWAYS full and I am ALWAYS seeing new people and you keep expanding so it's not like business is bad and that's why you can't afford to pay your instructors. I should not be harassed for tips. "Honor system" my yoga butt!! We paid the membership price to attend these classes, fair and square, and it wasn't cheap, so idk why your instructors are starving! And if your instructors are volunteers then I should especially not be harassed for tips. Your email said your instructor taught approximately 200 clients over a course of three classes and made only 20 cents per client, well if you do the math, your instructor made $13.33 per hour which is more than some people make so...
