  • Despite a whole load of crap, this location's uhaul staff were awesome. We went to rent a 4x7 trailer for a dump haul and buy a hitch for the car. The online store sold us the wrong size hitch and provided us no other options. It didn't fit our car and the staff took it back. The line up for service was super long. The 4x7 trailer was hooked up by Joe and he did his best, but our old car wiring wouldn't work. So he wired, unwired and installed and uninstalled the trailer. They even took the new smaller hitch back used. Then we rented a van, which was quick and easy. The price was decent and the van worked well. 5 stars to the staff at this place, 4 stars to uhaul in general for being reliable but missing the mark on things sometimes.
