  • Not impressed. Was given a car with 50K on it and when I returned it the twit handling the return (different that the fellow that gave me the car in the morning) accused me of scratching up the car. Started talking tough to me. "It's my job to have difficult conversations with customers." was one line he used with me. Blah, blah, blah. Told him to piss off and walked away. He is a short skinny white guy, early 20s, cheap sport jacket with a skinny leather tie. Place used to have a decent selection of vehicles and friendly staff. No longer. Moving my business to Avis at 161 Bay.
