  • My primary bank is not Wells Fargo, but my husband and I recently moved and our new landlord gave us two payment options- mail him a check and hope that it gets there timely (he lives in Canada) or pay him through his Wells Fargo account. I love my primary bank, but they don't make transferring money the easiest, so I decided to open a checking account at Wells Fargo to take advantage of their bill pay. I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service I have received at this particular branch. I've been a couple different times now, and everyone is genuinely friendly, and I've never had to wait long to get help. I don't think I will be making Wells Fargo my primary bank just because I've had my other account for so long, but the folks here are giving my primary bank a run for their money!
