Do yourself a favor and avoid sears at all cost for any repairs you might need. I thought I would use them since I purchased my refrigerator from them and what a huge mistake. The "technician" they sent us did a sloppy job. He came once and then said he had to order parts and would come back (totally understandable). He moved the fridge from the wall and took off all these parts and left them on the floor and then left. The second time he replaced the one broken part and then left in a rush. He didn't put back all of the parts he took off and he also messed something up with the water dispenser because it now leaks water (didn't do that before). I called to complain and to get another technician out here to fix everything. Getting through to their hotline was a mess. I finally got through on their online chatting system and they said they would send someone right away (this was around 1pm). No one shows up so around 6pm I contact them again and they say someone is on their way. No one ever showed up and I have to wait another 2 days for someone to come out and do what should've been done the first time around. Avoid the trouble if you absolutely can
