| - I love this gym. It's huge, so even when the parking lot is packed, I still have my pick of every cardio machine they have. The only time it gets seriously crazy is around New Year's (I usually stop going to the gym in the daytime for a couple months after, because it really does get too full).
It's true that some of the more popular thigh, and ab machines are often taken, but that's never bothered me. I just hop onto a machine nearby, and do a few reps of something else while I wait.
They have an amazing range of classes that are free to members. Pilates, yoga, zumba, aqua aerobics, cycling, belly dancing and a ton more. If you're interested in a certain type of class, be sure to try as many of the different instructors as you can. Some are a lot better, or tougher than others, and they all have different styles.
The only reason I'm not giving LVAC 5 stars is because I often find things in the cup holders on the cardio equipment. Paper towels, and sometimes even gum. I wish people weren't so gross.
