My husband brought me and our 7 year old daughter to the dunhill for Valentine's Day. Once arriving to the hotel at valet we sat there for ten min and my husband ended up having to walk in and ask for valet and for our car to be parked! Then when we go to the elevators on our way to our room the housekeeper is on the elevator with us and asks if we were in room 307... we said yes and she then states our room smells like marijuana and she has Lysol to spray in the room in front of our child! We asked For our rooms to be switched one because it smells like marijuana and two because we were put in a one bedroom with a full size bed that there was no way we could all fit in. They state they are sold out and can't help us they suggest another hotel or talk with the manager at 9:00 a.m!' At this point it's time for our dinner reservations and we need to leave so they state they will get the smell under control.. once we return two hours later the smell is worse and the whole stay has been a disaster so we decide to leave and just go home! So when we leave to check out our car was in valet so we have to go get our keys and the front desk clerk is no where to be found AGAIN we ring the bell twice while others are also waiting she finally shows up acting like she doesn't care at all about our experience and then tells us we have to go to the 6th level and get our own car!! This place is awful and I do not suggest anyone to stay there! They need updating, more front desk people, and definitely more valet help! Seemed like all they cared about was their bar sales! Also there is a television screen with a camera to let them know when people are at valet that they do not even watch to see what is going on!!! I would never recommend this hotel!!!
