  • A while back, I had a horrible experience at this store with JiaRu. I walked in and went to look at the sale shoes. I picked up a pair a heels and from across the store she yelled and said they were on sale. The next interaction occurred by the sale men's accessories. She said all the items in the vitrine were on sale. When asked for the price she didn't even take the time to check, which probably would have been a wise choice for her because when we got to the register the item wasn't even on sale. At the register, she continued to give a ton of attitude. She ended up losing a sale because of how unknowledgeable and rude she was. There are other Ferragamo stores on the strip and this is one I will not be visiting again.
