  • Made an appointment with "Mike" to come out and give us a quote on a 1400 sq. ft. paver job. The appointment was set for 10am. He was nice on the phone when setting up the appointment. The morning of his arrival, I and my wife cleared our schedule for his appointment. We waited from 9:45am to 10:45am. At 10:45am I called him to ask if he was coming. He was very rude, "Yeah I knocked and rang the doorbell and no one answered!" I responded, "We have been here the whole time...did you try calling?" He growled, "Why would I call when no one is home?" He clearly had not come by and was trying to blame it on me. Not a good start to a working relationship. I then told him that we were no longer interested in his services. He barked, "Fine!" and hung up on me. Looks like we dodged a bullet on this one!
