I was visiting from Hawaii and decided to rent a car because it was close to our hotel.
Our check in process was super smooth (I think her name was Michelle). She was awesome, cracked a few jokes, and made the time go by. I showed up a little late for pick up and she was nice enough to find another option for a vehicle for me. Major brownie points to her.
The check out process was horrible. So apparently after dropping off the vehicle, we were supposed to look for an employee that would check us out and walk with the pink slip to the reservations desk to finalize our checkout. After waiting about 15 minutes, I didn't see a guy there. So I decided to walk all the way to reservation desk. After waiting in line there for 20 minutes, the guy told me that there should've been a guy there to help with checking out the vehicle. There was no guy waiting there in the beginning, so the front desk agent said I should go back to my vehicle. After walking there, I seen a guy just sitting in a vehicle and that was the representative. I think it would've been easier if maybe the person was waiting outside (or at least in a room with air conditioned because it was pretty hot there).
