  • Had a horrible experience at another dealership after I sent my car for warranty work (they claimed nothing was wrong with my car). The 2nd time around I requested a VDub dealership instead of the one "who shall not be named". Bob (my service writer) and Johnny Crow (my tech) worked it all out and fixed my baby. I will be forever grateful for the painless process I went through. Thank you!!!!!
